Ladies:
Are you ready for a terrific time at
Rosemont? The House of Peers would like to pass on some valuable information to enhance
your enjoyment. Please share this information with anyone that you know that will be at
Rosemont, but have not signed up for the Medieval Times event.
Swap 'n Sell:

There has been a good response. There
are at least 15 collectors who have requested table space, with more added all the time.
Please encourage collectors who want table space to notify [Mary
Chamberlain] as soon as possible. Table space is limited. |

Table space is only $10, which includes
admission to the RCR for one person. |
|
Admission to the Swap 'n Sell for buyers
is only $2. |
|
Sellers can enter the room at 5:30 PM to
set up. The Swap 'n Sell will be from 6-7:30 PM. |
Collectors'
Reception:
|
Admission is $5. Including food,
opportunities for door prizes, activities, and the time to spend with fellow HK
collectors. |
|
The reception will begin at 8 PM and
last until 11 PM. There are many exciting activities planned, based on a college theme,
complete with popcorn, hotdogs and competition. |
|
There are five teams for the Harmony
Bowl, so far. Perhaps more club teams will be formed by then. Plan to cheer your team on
to victory! |

Many of the independent Clubs will have
club tables at the reception with brochures, information and raffles. Make sure you visit
all the clubs to view their products and goodies. |

Door prizes - Anyone can donate a door
prize. Contact [Linda Kowalczyk], [Nancy
Hix] or bring the item to the
event. [Mary Chamberlain] is the Rosemont
Collectors' Reception coordinator and would appreciate knowing if you plan to donate a
door prize. Please drop her an e-mail. |
House
of Peers at the Show:

During the ICE show on Saturday and
Sunday, representatives of the House of Peers will be in the Harmony Kingdom booth. Make
sure you stop by for information and our prototype displays. |
Independent
Club Tables:
|
On Saturday and Sunday, space has been
set aside for independent Clubs to showcase their clubs. The tables are just outside the
main show area. Check out the club information, membership brochures, sample newsletters
and sign-up sheets that will be available. |
Lord
of the Aisles Parade:
|
The parade has been changed, due to
volume constraints imposed by Krause Publications (ICE sponsors).
On Saturday morning, the HOP Delegates will march into the show hall carrying their
banners to the Harmony Kingdom booth. |
