REGISTRATION OFFERINGS - WHAT DO YOU GET?

So, what's in store for you? Here are the offerings planned for the event. Registration is closed.
 

NON-ATTENDING COLLECTORS

Collectors who cannot attend the event can register and receive event figurines. Your figurines will be shipped to you, at no cost, approximately three weeks after the event.

Non-Attending Collectors receive the following:

(1) The Cake Topper Early Bird figurine HK Celebration, if registered by October 31, 2015.
(1) Version 1 of the event figurine Whoo's Coming?
(1) Warwick Castle Magnet (stained)

Non-Attending Collectors had the Right-To-Buy the following:

(1) Version 2 of the event figurine Whoo's Coming? II
(1) Paint-Your-Own (Tony's Tabbies)

PLEASE NOTE: There are NO Goodie Bags for Non-Attending Collectors. All orders needed to be complete by February 1, 2016.

The registration fee for Non-Attending Collectors was $125/£80, plus a $5/£3 additional charge if you chose to pay using PayPal or a credit card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover). Shipping to you after the event is included in the cost.
 

ATTENDING THE EVENT

There are two classifications for people attending the event: Attending Collector and Associate.

• The Attending Collector receives the event figurines and has a number of special offerings and figurines exclusive for those present the day of the event. You receive your ordered event figurines at the event.
• The Associate is an attendee who is enjoying the event, but does not need the event figurines. Food and the other activities are included.
• Receive the stained version of the Warwick Castle Magnet from HOP. Additionally a silver version of the Warwick Castle Magnet is in your Goodie Bag.

Both enjoy the following privileges:

• Friday, April 29th, is an Optional Outing Day with a coach trip to Blenheim Palace.
• Saturday, April 30th, is a full day of activities from 9:30 AM to 5:30 PM. You can:
  • Enjoy a delicious Buffet lunch, plus morning and afternoon coffee or tea breaks
  • Have pieces signed by Peter Calvesbert during the morning
  • Enjoy demonstrations of "The Making of an HK Box"
  • Purchase the Paint-Your-Own piece (Tony's Tabbies) and paint it during the morning
  • Participate in games for prizes, and enjoy the awesome raffles and silent auctions
  • All attendees receive a Goodie Bag that includes a special gift figurine personally from Pete and Andrea. (In 2013 attendees received "The Drinker" bronze figurine).

Attending Collector includes everything listed above, PLUS:

• HK Celebration, the 20th Anniversary Cake Topper, as the Early Bird piece. To qualify, you needed to register by October 31, 2015. This piece is a solid figurine in the Cake Topper series.
• The main event figurine Version 1 will be part of your registration and Version 2 will be for sale to all registrants. This piece, Whoo's Coming? II, and other options were available to order. All orders needed to be complete by February 1, 2016.
• Attendees only had the Right-To-Buy additional event figurines (including extra Early Bird figurines) AND the Surprise Box figurine. This figurine will be a re-imagining of one of the 20-year-old HK figures and will be a surprise to everyone.

If you registered as an Attending Collector, but cannot actually attend the event for whatever reason, your pieces will be shipped to you approximately three weeks after the event. If this occurs, your privileges revert to a Non-Attending Collector and you will NOT receive the Goodie Bag with the special gift figurine from Pete and Andrea, or any other "Attending Collector Only" items.

If we knew, at least one month before the event, that you are not attending, we will cover the cost of shipping. If you ordered items or quantities that the Non-Attending Collector cannot order, we will issue a refund for those items.

The registration fee for the Attending Collector was $125/£80, plus a $5/£3 additional charge if you paid using PayPal or a credit card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover). The registration fee for the Associate was $75/£48, plus a $3/£2 additional charge if you paid using PayPal or a credit card.
